Reclining poses, and supported inversions:

This afternoon's sequence supports, re-educates, and strengthens the pelvic floor.

The poses we work on today also speak to men's health (i.e prostate gland).

Repairing the Nervous System

Inversions, supine asana, supported back bends, and pranayama:

This mentally calming and physically rejuvenating.
