Hybrid*This intensive, held on Valentines Day, places the emphasis on loving and caring for ourselves first.
This workshop offers a focused practice that can transform menopause and post menopause into a positive and meaningful experience. Learn to navigate through this transition with a practice that calms the nerves and brings emotional balance. Issues covered include hot flashes, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, osteoporosis, weakness, incontinence, loss of confidence and depression.

* Bobby will be teaching online from her home in the UK. Students can go to Santosha in NJ where she will be projected up onto a big screen and there will be assistants. Alternatively, participants may take the workshop online.
