OnlineAfter establishing a consistent practice of Iyengar Yoga, seasoned students experience the challenge that comes with learning and sustaining the asanas across all categories, including variations in the Inversions. Expect to hold Sirsasana and Sarvangasana for some time, along with their variations, and go up into Full Arm Balance and Urdhva Dhanurasana independently.
